1. Customs Duties and Import Taxes:

    •    International Orders: For orders outside of your country, additional customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees may apply, which are to be paid by the customer. These charges are not covered by ÎLE LÀ DJ and are in addition to the purchase price and shipping fees.

    •    Customs Fees: The amount of customs fees is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Customs duties and import taxes are typically set by the customs officials and may vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for applicable regulations.

2. Tax Treatment:

    •    Value-Added Tax (VAT): All orders within the EU include VAT, which is included in the price. For orders outside the EU, different tax regulations apply. Any additional taxes or fees incurred when importing to the destination country are also the responsibility of the customer.

    •    Tax-Free Orders: For customers in countries where VAT does not apply (e.g., outside the EU), VAT will not be charged. However, this does not mean that no additional fees (such as customs duties or import taxes) may apply.

3. Customer Responsibility:

    •    The customer is responsible for understanding the customs and tax regulations of their country. ÎLE LÀ DJ is not liable for any additional costs that arise after delivery.

  •    If you have questions regarding customs duties or import taxes, it is recommended that you contact the customs authorities of the destination country before making a purchase to learn about the exact fees and requirements.
